The Board of Directors will meet at 11 am via Zoom phone as the Local Contract Review Board to review, and make recommendations to the board based on the bids submitted for the pipe project extension. Following the LCRB meeting, the Board of Directors will meet to approve the bids based on the recommendations of the LCRB.
